Orders are processed on business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time varies depending on the product and the destination address:
• Standard shipping: 24 to 48 hours (Mainland Portugal and Spain (Peninsula))
• Shipments to the Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 10 business days
• In specific situations (stock shortages, delays from transport companies or holiday periods), delivery times may be slightly longer, and the customer is always informed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
In promotional campaigns, shipping may be free under the conditions indicated.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made by transport companies, discreetly and securely, without any reference to the nature of the products.
The customer must ensure that the address provided is correct and complete.
If the order is not collected within the time frame indicated by the shipping companies, it may be necessary to prepay for new shipping costs for resending.
Implementation of the order
