Warranty Policy

All products sold by NUA benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, applicable to consumer goods. This guarantee has a minimum duration of 2 (two) years, starting from the date of delivery of the product to NUA.

If you detect any defect or non-conformity, you must contact us in writing via email at info@nua.pt, indicating the order number and a description of the problem.
Whenever applicable, we will proceed with the replacement, substitution, or refund of the product, in accordance with current legislation.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or lack of care;
• Damage caused by improper storage;
• Normal wear and tear of the product due to use.
