This store offers digital products, content, tools and services with the aim of providing the customer with a clear, secure and personalized shopping experience (“Services”).
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and other legal documents, govern access to and use of the website, orders, purchases, deliveries, warranties, and data processing. By browsing the website or making a purchase, the customer declares that they understand and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
1. Access and Account
Access to and use of the website implies that the customer is at least 18 years old. Creating an account is not mandatory to make purchases. If you create an account, the customer must provide truthful information, keep access data available, and immediately notify NUA in case of misuse. All activity carried out on the account is the sole responsibility of the account holder. NUA may suspend or cancel accounts with false, fraudulent information or that violate these Terms. Use of the website by minors under 18 years of age is prohibited.
2. Products and Availability
The products are intended for personal use and comply with applicable legislation. Transfers and images are provided by partners and suppliers, and minor variations may occur without constituting a breach of contract. Stock availability also depends on suppliers. In case of a delivery disruption, the customer can wait for an order, replace the product, or cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Images and decorative elements
The images available on the NUA website are for illustrative purposes only.
Certain items may be presented together with accessories, embellishments, or decorative elements that are not included with the purchased product, unless specifically indicated in the item's description and/or title.
In case of discrepancy between the image shown and the product description, the information in the detailed description will always prevail.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices shown on NUA are final prices. Under Article 53 of the VAT Code, the holder is exempt from VAT, therefore the prices do not include or itemize this tax. Available payment methods are shown at checkout (card, MB Way, PayPal, etc.).
NUA may update prices at any time, with the price displayed at the time of purchase being the one that prevails.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. The average delivery time in Brazil is 24 to 48 business hours, which may vary depending on product availability and destination. For the Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira), the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days. For international shipments within the European Union, the delivery time may vary from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country, transport times, and any customs procedures.
The delivery times indicated are merely indicative and may be subject to change for reasons beyond NUA's control, including delays attributable to carriers, customs processes, periods of high logistics volume, or other external situations. NUA is not responsible for delays not directly attributable to you.
6. Right of Free Resolution
The customer has 14 days after receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014. Exercising this right is subject to the conditions described in the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds
Only returns of undamaged products, showing no signs of use and properly packaged, are accepted. For health and hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return intimate products that have been opened after delivery. The conditions presented can be found on the Return and Refund Policy page.
9. Product Warranty
All products have a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
10. Complaints and Complaints Book

11. Responsibility of NUA.br
NUA is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products. The customer is responsible for the correct use of the products, respecting the manufacturer's instructions.
